Ybhg Johnny Tiong (Founder & CEO)
Johnny holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and drives the company with expertise across strategic management, marketing, and post-harvest operations. Recognized for his dynamic leadership, Johnny has garnered accolades such as the Sarawak Youth Entrepreneurship Champion Award in 2020. He is celebrated for fostering a positive company culture and is committed to innovation and sustainability in agriculture, prioritizing responsible practices and effective stakeholder relations.
Thomas Tiong (Founder & COO)
Thomas brings extensive experience as an agricultural consultant in both government and private sectors, backed by a BSc in Agriculture. Leading all agricultural operations, he focuses on data-driven farming practices to enhance yields and quality. Notably, Thomas rejuvenated a struggling project, establishing it as Sarawak's premier melon producer. Additionally, his dynamic leadership extends to community engagement as a former Sibu Municipal Councilor actively involved in civic associations.
Lena Ting (CFO)
Lena Ting, CFO at Yumegro, leverages over 10 years of accounting experience in the agricultural sector, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Playing a pivotal role, Lena ensures Yumegro's financial health and stability through precise reporting, budget preparation, and diligent expenditure monitoring. Her invaluable financial acumen guides the company towards sustained success in the dynamic agricultural landscape.
Lavender Lee (Business Development Director)
