Accounts Executive

As a Production Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Supervising and leading the daily operations of a manufacturing team including staffing, training, meeting daily production goals, and enforcing all safety policies
- Supporting and cultivating a team environment, collaborating within and across all shifts, supporting cross-training initiatives, teamwork, and flexibility
- Managing team and individual performance in safety, quality, and productivity to service customers
- Administrative tasks such as time/absence reporting, reviewing and approving procedures, monitoring daily reporting and participating in daily meetings
- Working in cooperation with supply chain, engineering, maintenance, quality and other plant leadership to drive improvements
- Willingness to work 12 hour shifts 3 – 4 days per week (set schedule) including alternating weekend shifts and being available on call as needed

YUMEGRO is looking for passionate and driven Customer Support Representatives to provide customer support for the Tier 1 Omni-Channel Support Global Service Center team in Singapore in building a collaborative and innovative culture. Are you ready to be a part of what’s next?
Persons hired for Customer Support will handle a variety of corporate support inbound inquiries supporting all 3M Divisions. Expectations of the Customer Support Representative position include accurately capturing required customer information and issues as wells as documentation of customer inquiry details using appropriate computer applications in an expedient and timely manner. In addition to phone interaction with customers, duties may include live chat and email response.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Handles a wide range of customer inquiries and/or complaints that are received via phone, email, chat, or other channels
- Shares SouthPack new products and services with customers to meet their requirements
- Responds to a variety of inbound internal business partner and external customer inquiries, taking action as appropriate:
- Provides inquiry resolution and escalation per established processes
- Triages inquiries to others for resolution
- Documents customer interactions accurately and completely
Admin Assistant
Requirements:
- Diploma/ LCCI/ CAT/ SPM/ UEC
- 2 Years relevant experience
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word and accounting/secretary software
- Required languages: English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job scope:
- Responsible to handle full & partial set of accounts/corporate secretarial matters for corporate clients
- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly or annual reports
- Liaise with corporate clients and auditor
- Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
